It is an Arizona special bar created with “Elote” the Mexican street corn dish in mind. Caramelized milk, sour cream powder, and freeze-dried corn is ground in with the cocoa butter to give it extra depth and smoky flavors. Then it is topped with crunchy corn, tajin, chili powder, cilantro, and sea salt to bring all the memories back together. Salty, savory and just really fun.
