Warm Weather Commitment (May – September)
To protect your chocolate during Arizona’s hottest months, we ship orders Monday through Thursday only. This avoids weekend delays and ensures your order doesn’t sit in a warm warehouse. Every warm-weather shipment includes insulation and ice packs to keep your chocolate in top condition.

Cooler Months (October – April)
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. We may adjust your ship date to avoid shipping risks and ensure everything arrives safely.

LOCAL PICKUP

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? We offer local pickup options in Phoenix. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, then choose from one of our available locations—or reach out to coordinate a custom pickup spot that works for you.
