This dark chocolate is crafted from rare Chuncho cacao—one of Peru’s oldest and most prized varieties sourced from the high-altitude valleys near Cusco. It opens with deep, roasted notes reminiscent of stout beer, then unfolds into bright blueberries before finishing with a creamy tang, like a swirl of yogurt in a berry compote. Gentle tannins and soft woodiness give it length, grounding the fruit with structure and soul.
